Description

While Yellow or Red alarm level, the filter shall be on for the duration and an after-run period.

On Yellow dust alarm the air filters should be switched to high for max 1 hour.

Codebase check: not implemented. output_task.c has indefinite filter activation on warning/alarm plus a separate 0-60min after-run timer post-normal, but no 1-hour cap tied specifically to the Warning/Yellow state. Still open.
